  • DR. GREG RYERSON [IN-PERSON & ONLINE]

    Dr. Greg Ryerson grew up in a Christian home and accepted Christ as his Savior early in life. He holds B.A., M.Div, and D.Min degrees from Grace College and Theological Seminary, and is a Certified Biblical Counselor. He has served as lead pastor to three churches and interim pastor to several more. He launched his Biblical Counseling ministry in 2006, partnering with nine congregations in the Dayton and Cincinnati areas (including LHC). Greg and his wife, Jane, have been married since 1969. They have four married children and fifteen grandchildren. Their home is in Centerville.

  • BROOKE LONG [IN-PERSON & ONLINE]

    Brooke Long has  three wonderful boys and one baby in heaven. She has counseled in various settings for over 15 years. She has helped serve and support two church plants and one replant. She loves spending time with friends, family, running, reading or song writing. You’ll find her drinking good cup of coffee in a colorful mug almost anytime of the day.

    As a counselor, She really enjoys knowing, seeing and having the privilege of caring for people’s most vulnerable aspects and deepest needs of their life. Even more, she loves to see people free from sin and alive in the love and hope of Christ. Her goal is to help people see all of their life through the lens of Scripture, be encouraged in their faith, strengthened in times of suffering, and grow in deeper affection for Jesus above all else.

    Brooke received a double major in Theology and Counseling through Clarks Summit University. She received a (Formation) Certificate from The School of Biblical Counseling (CCEF), has her ACBC Certification and continuing her education with the aim of gaining a Masters in Counseling.

  • DR. SCOTT KENNEDY [ONLINE ONLY]


    Dr. Scott Kennedy received his M.Div in Pastoral Ministry and D.Min in Biblical Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. For the last twenty plus years as a pastor, he has counseled, discipled, and taught others to turn to the Bible for help and hope in life’s problems. Having recently relocated to the Orlando area, he is now offering remote video counseling for those in need.


    Scott has been married to Alison since 1999 and they have two children. He enjoys exploring the great outdoors, reading, studying, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying a cup (or two) of good, fresh-roasted coffee.
